Column Headers

In the table containing Categories, these are the different columns as shown below.

  • Check box: Check this box to select one or more boards. To select all boards, check the box in the column heading. After one or more boxes are checked, click a toolbar button to take an action on the selected board or boards. Many toolbar actions, such as Publish and Unpublish, can work with multiple boards. Others, such as Edit, only work on one board at a board. If multiple board are checked and you press Edit, the first board will be opened for editing.
  • Status  : Status of Category, Published or Unpublished are shown with icons as follows.

  • You can click on the title or author or Category or date or id or status to arrange by asc or desc

Column Filters

Above the column headers on the right, there are 3 drop down input fields, Sort Table by: (preset to Ordering), Select the ordering (preset to Ascending) and a number to display.

These column sorting input fields shows the current method of sorting applied to the table. Use the drop down field choices and click the column heading name. Alternatively, click on the column heading to sort the list by that column's value. This will also change the value in the drop field to correspond with the column header name. The list will then be sorted in order by that column and a sort icon(up or down arrow) will show next to the column name. Click a second time to reverse the sort, which will change the corresponding drop field.

  • Ordering (default). The column in which to sort displayed items in the table. The values are the same as the column heading names.
  • Ascending (default). Shows ordering of selected column, ascending or descending.
  • # . Shows the number of items to display on one page, default is all. If there are more items than this number, you can use the page navigation buttons located at the bottom of the table. (Start, Prev, Next, End, and page numbers) to navigate between pages.

Filter

Appear on the bottom left hand side of the screen. Search functions according to the author or the state board

Toolbar

At the top right you will see the toolbar:

  • Edit : to view details of a board you just tick the checkbox of the board and then choose the Edit menu if the case has many board is selected, the board is the first option will be opened. Or you can also view details by double-clicking on the title of the board
  • Unpublish:when we feel the content of user-created board not in accordance with the website and do not want it displayed on your website. you only need to select one or more of the board and then select Unpublish so the board will not fit in the hidden state
  • Publish:your site the Board is displayed always in a state of publishing, when one or more board that is on display Unpublish want it to select the Publish menu
  • Delete:help you remove the board from your site
  • Option: set default options for your site

List Filters

The List Filters, above on the left, and other filters as detailed below are in the left, bottom sidebar. These filters are a series of controls that let you limit what items show in the manager screen. More than one filter may be entered. In this case, only items that meet all of the filter conditions will show on the list.

  • Filter by Partial Title. In the upper left is a filter or search group field and two buttons, as shown below.

  • To filter by partial title, enter part of the title and click Search.
  • Click X to clear the Filter field and restore the list to its unfiltered state.
  • Filter by Type. Lets you show only items that have a specific type assigned. The list box will show the types defined for creating or editing article, similar to the example below.
  • Page Controls. When the number of items is more than one page, you will see a page control bar as shown below. The current page number being viewed is shaded.

How to Access

Column Headers

Click on the column heading to sort the list by that column's value. The list will be sorted in the order that column and a sort icon will be shown next to the column name, as below.

  • Ordering. Up-Down Arrows Ordering-colheader-icon.png User specified ordering, default is order of pin creation. When active, drag and drop ordering by 'click and hold' on the icon Ordering-colheader-grab-bar-icon.png then 'release' in desired position.

  • ID. This is a unique identification number for this pin assigned automatically by Joomla!. It is used to identify the item internally, and you cannot *change this number. When creating a new pin , this field displays 0 until you save the new entry, at which point a new ID is assigned to it.

  • Trash: Changes the status of the selected content pin to indicate that they are trashed. Trashed content pin can still be recovered by selecting "Trashed" in the Select Status filter and changing the status of the content pin to Published or Unpublished as preferred. To permanently delete trashed content pin , select "Trashed" in the Select Status filter, select the content pin to be permanently deleted, then click the Empty Trash toolbar icon.

How to Access

Column Headers

Click on the column heading to sort the list by that column's value. The list will be sorted in the order that column and a sort icon will be shown next to the column name, as below.

  • Status & CheckIP.status refers to the status of one or more different types of users comment and CheckIP used to indicate the status of one or more accounts to access the website on a
